It is our sincere hope that Cycle Slider^®will be a profitable addition to your parts department, as well as become a persuasive sales aid for those customers that may be skeptical about a new big bike purchase due to parking, handling, or storage.

We offer several ways for dealers and representatives to profit from our product.

Pricing as of February 1^st, 2001

Stocking Dealer:

• 30% off retail for dealers that carry stock and order in lots of at least 4.
• $475.00 retail, $332.50 dealer price. ($142.50 net)
• Terms are Net 30 days, Company check, or Visa / MasterCard
• Note: A 3% additional charge will be assessed for payments via credit card.

Representing Dealer:

• 20% off retail for dealers that display a Cycle Slider^® under one of their big bikes.
• $475.00 retail, $380.00 dealer price. ($95.00 net)
• Orders will be placed and paid for by the dealer. Cycle Slider^® will ship directly to your customer.
• Terms are Net 30 days, Company check, or Visa / MasterCard
• Note: A 3% additional charge will be assessed for payments via credit card.
• Dealers will be responsible for payment, regardless of customers' payment status.

Referrals:

• $475.00 retail, $20.00 for your referral
• Cycle Slider^® will handle the billing and shipping to your referral customer.
• Your referral customer must prepay via cash, money order, or Visa / MasterCard.
• Your referral must advise Cycle Slider^® sales of your referral at the time of purchase.
• Referral payments will be made 60 days after date of purchase.
• Note: Payments will not be made if the purchaser returns the Cycle Slider^® for any reason.

Please note the above cannot be combined. (Referrals to dealers will not result in a 35% discount.)

Shipping and handling is $10.00 each within the U.S. Outside the U.S. is FOB Kent, WA
Cycle Slider^® is shipped via UPS ground unless requested otherwise.
